The Vergu-Mănăilă House, a historical monument in Buzău, was built in the 18th century, with documentation dating back to 1794. The building, which belonged to the noble families Vergu and Mănăilă, was nationalized in 1948 and fell into disrepair, but was restored between 1971 and 1974. It currently houses the Ethnography and Folk Art Collection of the Buzău County Museum, exhibiting traditional artifacts from the Buzău area, such as folk costumes, tools, and household objects, in an architectural space that combines popular and Brâncovenesc styles.

The Vergu-Mănăilă House was built in the late 18th century and was an important center for the Vergu and Mănăilă noble families. The building was nationalized in 1948 and fell into decay, but was restored between 1971 and 1974. In 1976, it became the headquarters of the Ethnography and Folk Art Collection of the Buzău County Museum.
