The Năeni Sculpture Camp, located on the Tigoarea hilltop near the Stone Church of Năeni, is an open-air artistic and cultural landmark. Established in the 1980s under the guidance of craftsman Manole, the camp was reopened in 2009 at the initiative of Mayor Marian Apostol. Here, young sculptors learn to carve limestone and sandstone, creating impressive artworks, including the famous “Dacology” complex. The camp also offers breathtaking views of the Carpathian Mountains and the Bărăgan Plain.
