Restaurant Antica Roma

Antica Roma Restaurant, located in the center of Buzău, combines the tradition of Italian cuisine with regional and seasonal ingredients from Buzău County. Founded by Chef Andrea Pascu, the restaurant is the result of 20 years of experience gained in Italy, where Andrea worked as a chef and attended five years of school at the Italian Cooking Federation.

Chef Andrea Pascu is a dedicated supporter of the Slow Food movement, being active in both Slow Food Italy and now Slow Food Buzău. At Antica Roma, she brings a unique blend of reinterpreted Italian dishes, using fresh local ingredients supplied by Slow Food partners in the region, as well as authentic products imported directly from Italy.

The restaurant is part of the Slow Food Buzău community network, promoting its members’ products on the daily menu. In addition, its dishes are also available in the Artisan Market – Slow Food & Gourmet Hub Buzău, a space dedicated to artisan and gourmet products.
