In Buzău, the Slow Food Community champions this movement by embracing traditional agricultural practices and fostering a closer connection between the land and the table.

At the participating venues, meals are crafted with more than 50% from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Enjoy an authentic taste of Buzău, where every dish tells a story of local tradition and sustainable living.Dishes are only served upon prior reservation.
